It was very clean and nice facility with good staff.
For the cost of the room, it seems they could have better lighting in the room. The sparse lamps were not enough in then evening to adequately light the room. The shower was a little small.

We found an old used washcloth in our bathroom on the shower and on our sink and the shower was very lite barely water coming out.

The location is really good if you’re going to a baseball game or the convention center.
They were out of hot water for several days and it was a situation that I felt and fixed much quicker. The staff was not very attentive when you were there. Pretty much sitting on their phones, ignoring you.

front desk personnel were very friendly as was the valet.
the problem was unruly kids/families on our floor -- they were running up and down the hallways most of the evening banging on our doors and then fleeing to the other end of the hallway. no parental supervision. called the front desk. they came up but the activity ended briefly and then started up again with the kids hanging outside our doorway stating how they wanted to pound on our door again -- so they must have been told we complained.

The clean room.
Parking, if I am staying at a hotel just for 1 night, parking should be free! Unless I'm staying all week, parking was horrible. Had to walk at least 10 minutes away.
