Location was great. Staff was great. It was very busy because of game day, but the staff was working hard to accommodate everyone.
Seemed only one elevator was working.

Breakfast was very good, well prepared with a number of options. The dinning area was clean and comfortable.
I felt the room could have used some more ambiance. It was neat and clean but, very plain.

Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. Breakfast was solid. Room was well furnished, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Hotel location was ideal: Camden Yards was across the street, Inner Harbor was a short walk away, and a very popular bar and grill was literally right next to the hotel.
Perhaps breakfast could have remained open until 11 am instead of 10 am. The tv in the room could use a replacement, as the picture quality was far from perfect.

I really like room size but we really had a bad experience we was locked out I'll room for 3 1/2 hour waiting for maintenance we had to change room and when going to the pool it was dirty blond hair everywhere
I really didn't like or enjoy the pool at all and really didn't appreciate being locked out my room for almost 4 hours the pool was not being filtered and it was blond hair all over us when we got to the room I would like if someone could call me to resolve this
