Big room with nice bathroom. Easy to find with nice restaurant. Restaurant staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was not included like advertised, luckily the staff managed to work something out for us which we appreciated it.
Staff while checking in didn’t let us know any basic info like checking out time etc and the AC unit was leaking leaving a wet patch on the floor, was brought up to the desk just after arrival.

I really liked the location because of how close it was to the harbor, we were able to walk. The rooms were spacious, the hotel was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the hotel overall was clean.
I did not like that you have to request to have your room cleaned. We stayed three nights. Housekeeping came in and removed dirty towels; did not replace them. They also didn't remove the sheets nor make the beds. They removed the trash. They did not vacuum, they did not replace the complimentary waters, the plastic bag for ice nor the coffee or creamer. I only found out they didn't turn down the room because I called and asked. Even after I requested to have my room cleaned and towels replaced, they never came. It made me wonder if my room was cleaned properly before I got there... Oh, and there is only one ice machine on the third floor and no.microwave inside of your room.

I paid for a King Suite which was advertised to have a couch in the sitting area of the room. There was no couch, just two wooden chairs. Also no coffee table of any kind. I asked the front desk about the couch and they said the pictures online are old and most of the suites do not have couches - just chairs. This seems really crazy to me! Also - there was no ice bucket in our room and the ice machine was broken on our floor. Oh - one more thing. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were awful! It was like sleeping on a soccer ball for a pillow. I think I will look for a different hotel next time.
