Wonderful
The room was clean and had coffee, refrigerator, and desk. It was perfect for a one night stay while attending a conference. The front desk was helpful and kind. There is no free breakfast, which they are working to get off the website / booking. When I called they cleared it up immediately and were kind. The location is in downtown Baltimore so you can expect a city-vibe. There is a 7/11, Royal Farms, Subway and very tasty relaxed taco restaurant all within the same block.
The Wifi was a little weak in the evenings.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help.
Our room had a bullet hole in the window, a leaking ceiling that dripped onto the carpet when it rained. The TV remote was broken and the TV wouldn't turn on. Was brought another remote but still didn't work the power on button. Had to manually turn on and off the TV. Outside noise from the metal plates on the road when cars drove over it.

Friendly helpful staff, large room, clean, complementary coffee and tea. Located near to the convention center, 7-11 around the corner, Subway and Starbucks nearby
Wifi connection unstable. Would stop working at random and required disconnecting and reconnecting.

Slept well. Great proximity to the arena and harbor. Flight arrived late morning and they kindly allowed me to check in early.
My room seemed to have some electrical issues. One light kept flickering and they’re were black, electrical tree marks on the light-up mirror. The bath tub was clean, but did have some noticeable rusting.

Beautiful hotel. Thankful for valet service to assist us with finding parking.
The shower gel container was empty and the pillows were so soft that it took all four pillows to sleep. Only one ice machine in the entire building worked.
