Disappointing
Room smells dirty, got a handicap room when we requested queen bed with bath tub. Paint in bathroom walls was chipped and peeling, bench in handicap shower was falling off the wall, mini fridge did not work and knob was broken

I am very disappointed with day's inn in Baltimore now i see the the president of America talks so bad about the people in Baltimore. My experience with the manger at this hotel over the telephone was so ruled and uncall for. I am so glad that i was not there in person for that ruled treatment. I canceled my reservation.
Everything conversation over the telephone with the front desk manger. I dont like the way bookings handle my situation ? i won't be using bookings anymore

It was a great location for the convention I was going to. The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable.
They promised free breakfast, but one day no one was there, and the next day wasn't that special. Also, the power went out.

Wonderful
Staff were kind and helpful to us. Our stay was very last minute, after a really bad experience at another hotel. My friend and I really appreciated being welcomed and respected! Everything was smooth.
Our room was pretty small and most of the interior is dated. But it was clean and our overall experience was great.

Literally across the street from the convention center, and a short walk to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, carpets were a bit stained.
The hotel definitely needs some TLC. Room had a moldy smell, the safe in the room was broken - yet I was still charged $2 a day for he privilege of not using it! While breakfast is advertised, it is only some bread that you can toast - in one toaster only - coffee, a few containers of yogurt and some fruit cups. While cranberry and apple juice were there, no orange juice was available, surely what most people would have chosen. If no hot food was going to be offered, the offering should have been described as a continental breakfast. And, really, some bagels and cream cheese could have been added.

Location is excellent, room is quite good, [parking I did not use]. The building looks marvelous, It is in the Orange route of the Charm City Circulation, closer to tram line, near the inner harbor and beautiful aquarium, Railroad museum is not too far.... you can see the University of the Maryland
Room cleaning... they ARE NOT DOING ANY MORE TILL 3 DAYS... I DON'T KNOW HOW FAR THIS IS CORRECT. And when I asked for it, why the beds are not made why the floor was not cleaned up or cups and tea bags not removed, why trash both from bedroom and toilet was not taken out of the room, the tea sachets and cups are to be refilled in the tray; the reply was that WE HAVE CHANGED THE POICY TO CLEAN THE ROOMS ONCE IN 3 DAYS.... very much disastrous, not expected of I mean.

Staff was very friendly. Room clean. Location is close to Camden Yards and Ravens stadium.
The breakfast is kind of a joke. Bread in ziplock bags, a few oranges and yogurt.

The location was good.
There was no worker to clean the room and bring us towel the air condition did not work, we had to switch room. Breakfast was very disappointing, there was not much to choose from. The coffee and hot water was cold.

Property was close by my venue needs. Staff was sweet and polite. Helped as they could.
Room was not at all up to expectations. Not only was the room dirty, sheets wrinkled and items stained, but furniture overall was ruined. Light bulbs were dead, bugs in lights. While we brought it up to staff and they were polite they were booked out.

The location was perfect.
It was not full handicapped accessible ( had to enter from the parking garage or wait for someone to open the door. )The rooms were not cleaned or made up regularly. There was only one piece of soap the size of a postage stamp. The coffee was only one of each regular and decaf (for two people) and it was never replenished and I hope you like it black. The breakfast was white bread in ziplocks that you could toast or cold cereal and coffee that was cold The restaurant was closed. We weren’t informed until not told of this before check in
