Elevators not working. Starbucks closing at odd hours. Had to go to another hotel around the corner.

The location was great, and the rooms and facility was clean.
Only one working elevator. Staff not super helpful. Had to try and figure out where and how to park. Room was very small with very little room for two people to get ready. When the room next to us used water it created a very loud noise in our room.

Everything was good with one exception (see below). Baltimore area was very scenic.
Due to my error, the reservation was one day early. I attempted to fix the date, but Booking.com still assessed me for the wrong date. I thought that the Courtyard GM had sent a cancelation to Booking.com but there is a snafu somewhere. I am appealing the assessment.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and helpful!!! Parking was ok. Room and lobby were clean.
We really didn't have any negative experience. Maybe a brochure map of the area in the lobby to show where the attractions and restaurants are would be helpful.
