It was quiet and close to where I needed to be
The listing said it had free EV charging. When I arrived I confirmed with the front desk that the charger was free. When I went to the charger the plug to my car (Tesla) was frozen under Ice and could not be used. Luckily I had an adapter and was able to use the other one. Once plugged in I could not get the charger to work. Maintenance was sent down eventually I figured out the reason the charger did not work was because it wasn't free and payment was needed. The rate was very expensive and the charger was only a 60KW charger. I was forced to go to a super charger because it was cheaper and faster. The next day I asked a different person if the charger was free and she also told me it wasn't.
That's problem number 1
My water pressure in my shower was terrible. Water barely came out and it was warm at best.

They had a Hugh cat by the elevator sitting on the furniture. When I went to breakfast I was not able to eat or drink anything. That cat was jumping on the tables and running under the table while people were eating.

Nice free breakfast. Clean room. We used the hotel's shuttle to and from Hopkins Bayview, which was very helpful and convenient.
The mattress was too soft and sagging.
Although checkout time was 12N, the maid woke us up a little after at 10 AM.

They did a good job of making an old property look good. You could see the property was old but there were enough modern touches applied where the age of the property wasn't a nuisance.
The room smelled like an old, wet, and dirty carpet with cigarette smoke.
