It's convenient to my mom's house. The housekeepers were excellent and very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
The last night I stayed there I came downstairs around 430am and there was a mouse and a person chasing it. I came down to tell them I would like a later check out. The person at the desk seen me trying to get out of the mouses way and hurt my foot. The person told me later check out would be fine. The housekeeper told me to take my time they were busy doing other rooms and it was fine. When I checked out they were going to charge me a fee for late check out he told me they were billing me another day. I'm coming back down Dec 27 and 28th. I did speak to a supervisor who cooled the situation when I got to my mom's house . I have not registered yet for my future trip.

All the staff were so nice, the room was clean and spacious. A great breakfast and the on site restaurant was reasonable and served good food.
The club that was attached, lots of people coming and going, but it didn't affect the hotel portion, just the entry.

There was a maintenance issue with the room (I have frequented this location several times); hence my Very Good rating on this occasion as opposed to Excellent. However, staff went above and beyond to have the issue settled and resolved in a timely manner.

The hotel itself was overall okay, it was convenient to why I was there to pick up an item at the port. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good.
I was trapped in the elevator for about 20 minutes when it stopped working. The view of the slum area right next door made me long for anywhere else.

Hotel employee was working the desk when we checked in, 9:30pm. There was another guest in front of me, and I had the opportunity to hear how kindly and professionally he dealt not only with me, but with a specific issue she had. Breakfast had variety.

I travel with my adult autistic son a lot of places. The staff was very accommodating when I asked for a higher floor, security reasons, and when I asked if we could have a room that wasn't so close to other people, loud noises freak him out. They were very kind , accommodating and nonjudgemental. Great experience
I was concerned coz it was further from the places we wanted to see, however it turned out to be just what we needed. Quieter and not so much hustle and bustle
