The room was okay.
This was a horrible stay for my family and I. Out of four elevators only one was working. On night I was told I have to walk up 10 flights of stairs to my room because all of the elevators were broken. Luckily they fixed one. Also, there were ants all around pool area. The vending machine on my floor did not work. This was not a good experience

Shower is great. Front desk check in staff was friendly and efficient.
Help with transportation options to the airport in pre-dawn hours. Sheets are not soft. Temperature in the lobby was too warm.

Only the breakfast smfh!
What I didn’t like was most of the vending machines didn’t work!! The one on my floor didn’t work nor have ice. I had to wait for the elevator just to down a floor every time I needed ice. I also put money in the machine on the 6th floor for water and juice and it drops down but the door wouldn’t open for me to get my items smdh

The location and price were great plus parking is on site im from another state and this is very convenient for me and staff is ALWAYS THE BEST!!!

Nice free breakfast. Clean room. We used the hotel's shuttle to and from Hopkins Bayview, which was very helpful and convenient.
The mattress was too soft and sagging.
Although checkout time was 12N, the maid woke us up a little after at 10 AM.
