The endless pot smoking in neighboring rooms at all hours of the night, the hotel was absolutely freezing, airport shuttle service would be so helpful!

The convenience of the hotel to the highway and also for the event that we were there for was in the same building.
Not a fan of the bathrooms although I get that the building is older. Also the room always has a smell to it I have to bring fabreeze when I stay there.

It's convenient to my mom's house. The housekeepers were excellent and very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
The last night I stayed there I came downstairs around 430am and there was a mouse and a person chasing it. I came down to tell them I would like a later check out. The person at the desk seen me trying to get out of the mouses way and hurt my foot. The person told me later check out would be fine. The housekeeper told me to take my time they were busy doing other rooms and it was fine. When I checked out they were going to charge me a fee for late check out he told me they were billing me another day. I'm coming back down Dec 27 and 28th. I did speak to a supervisor who cooled the situation when I got to my mom's house . I have not registered yet for my future trip.

All the staff were so nice, the room was clean and spacious. A great breakfast and the on site restaurant was reasonable and served good food.
The club that was attached, lots of people coming and going, but it didn't affect the hotel portion, just the entry.
