Pub fare service in the bar area was slow. Waitress did not come back to check on us very often to top up waters, see if we wanted to order more, etc. I think you are short-staffed.

The location is great for the harbor area of the city. Everything is in walking distance. You really do not need your car for anything.
It's a large venue with weddings and conventions so be prepared for a crowded lobby and valet waits.
