I didn’t like the lack of communication about the cost. I was kind of told just to insert my card with no display or communication for cost. Also was charged very high on my card but had to ask for a receipt that says my stay was significantly lower than what I was charged. As of now I’m assuming the inflated charge is due to a deposit that I will receive back but again there was no communication about that so I have no idea. It’s just an extra hassle to figure out what I’m being charged for that is unnecessary that needs improving.

Location was great.
It was a bit of an inconvenience to tap my key card every time we used the elevator. I book a king room and it wasn't available. My room needed updating the T.V. had lines running down the screen and the picture was fuzzy. The restaurant The Yard was overwhelmed with guests and couldn't keep up with demand. I understand it was Valentine's day but the wait for our food was ridiculous (55 minutes) and our waitress wasn't the friendliness nor apologetic for the extreme wait.

Keys did not work for three times before maintenance determined the batteries in the door were bad. The shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty.
