Location and comfortable bed
I paid for early check in but a 2pm it was not available. We were able to get a credit just inconvenient.

I was notified after my check-in time that the hotel had oversold rooms (why is that even a thing? Just sell the amount of rooms that are actually available) and I would be placed in a different hotel. I was travelling when I received that notification, and a last second change like that was not appreciated.

We love the location, the room, layout, and decor, and the staff. The staff was exceptional.
Despite having a sound machine in our room via my phone, with our windows overlooking the square and possibly the same windows for when the building was built, we had three horrible nights sleep. I actually complained at the front desk about it and was told they were getting new windows. Even with the heavy drapery closed, we could hear people literally screaming, laughing, extremely loud and just over the top revelry. And this was a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday night stay. All three nights were horrible.

The location is very good, and over all it’s a nice old building renovated in a nice way.
My main problem was that in the afternoon the water in the shower were not hot, rather warm. I draw the attention of the staff three consecutive times but for not avail. Taking shower in this cold weather in merely warm water is not very agreeable. Second, the bed was atttached to the wall also with its length, creating access only from one side which is neither desirable.

Location, comfort, value
No pool, valet parking is pricey, needs better soundproofing/blackout curtains for windows, needs a dedicated lounge space with comfortable couches and furniture in their tavern with the bar—not just tables and chairs by the bar.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The design was beautiful. The location was great, right at the center of Fells Point with cute streets, shops and bars.
The rooms weren’t properly cleaned. The water wasn’t hot enough. There is so much noise from the street on weekend nights we kept waking up.
