I requested a handicap accessible room with handicap accessible shower and shower chair when I first booked the room, I specifically chose the hotel because when I put the accommodations I needed in the filter this hotel was one of the few that could accommodate me and my mother. A week before check in I messaged the hotel to be sure the accommodations would be met but I got no response. Upon checking in of course none of the accommodations were met and I had to bring my mom who was in a wheelchair to the 14th floor to use the restroom everytime she had to use it for 2nd a half of the 3 days I was there! I also had to lift her onto the bed because the bed was too high off the ground for her to pivot from her wheelchair to the bed! Granted I recently had hand surgery on both my left and right hand and I had no business lifting her onto the bed or toilet. I finally was able to be moved to a handicap accessible room let than 24 hours before check out time! When I ask if I could a discount for the inconveniences i endured I was met with a stern NO! And because I was already in tremendous pain and stressed i refused to argue with the manager on duty even though I had been promised that a handicap room be cleaned so that we could move from the moment we arrived at the hotel but we got said room nearly 3 days later
No help from staff with accommodations that I requested weeks ahead of time!

Great value and location — would definitely recommend!
We had a great stay at this hotel. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was simple but had all the essentials — eggs, meats, juice, yogurt, milk, cereal, coffee, tea, and fruit. A good start to the day!
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the French Quarter, which makes it super convenient while still being in a quieter area.
Housekeeping is done every other day, but if you need anything in the meantime, just call the front desk and they’ll bring it right up — very responsive service!
A small downside: the neighborhood is very quiet at night during the week, with empty streets early in the evening. While it felt safe, I wouldn’t recommend walking around late on weeknights. From Friday on, though, the area becomes much livelier and more active near the hotel.
The only real issue we had was the first night — we were given a room with broken blinds. When I asked to change rooms, the front desk agent was not very friendly and told us a technician would fix it the next day. After a long flight, I insisted on a new room, and they did eventually accommodate us.
Despite that, I would 100% recommend this hotel for the price, quality, and location.

Downstairs was pretty.
I didn't like the breakfast, small variety. The AC would stop blowing in the middle of the night, causing the room to get warm and uncomfortable. The parking is expensive and across the street. The room was not very clean.

My wife and I did like the view on the 10th floor with those giant glass windows, which makes it very breathtaking at night by just looking outside the windows.
Although the room appeared to look clean but there was some sort of odor, it could have been coming through the condenser A/C unit, due to condenser not being cleaned or a dirty A/C filter. Bed sheets and pillows cases were dirty with blood stain and other stains.
