Fantastic location within a block of the Sanger Theatre. We visited New Orleans specifically to see the Phantom of the opera and stayed at the Roosevelt hotel during our visit. Everything was fantastic, including the staff and the restaurants.

The Roosevelt’s excellent location, amenities, staff, history and beautiful structure are a standout. With our having a longer stay, it was a plus that they offer several larger room types with the bedroom separate from the living area. Makes for a more comfortable stay.

The Pool staff were amazing!! The Hotel overall has a very nice vibe!
Although we stated it was my birthday there wasn’t any welcome message or anything to personalize our stay. There was a room on our floor that sounded like had a party with lot of noise and yelling at 2-3am.

Service and location were stellar. The aesthetic had such a cozy vibe to it and made my Mardi Gras extremely special. If I'm coming back, I'm doing my best to stay here again. Don't forget about the rooftop lounge either; it's quite nice.

The location tends to promote unsavory run in interactions with homeless individuals and street beggars almost immediately after departing the property.
