We loved that it was in close walking distance to everything especially the convention center
The first night our room stayed pretty warm, before we left the next morning. I discussed it with the ladies in the front, they were very nice. Wrote my information down to have the maintenance man check it out. When we returned the next evening, it was even hotter, but the maintenance man was extremely nice and helpful, told them I needed a new room which they transferred me to a new room two doors down and it was wonderful! Everyone was really great and no one‘s fault on the AC. It just comes with the building sometimes.

Our next door neighbor blasted music until 4am. Also there people coming in from the street trying to bum cigarettes. Did not feel safe staying here.

4 blocks south of bus/train station; 6 blocks north of julia street cruise port. St. Charles trolley run right past the hotel. Easy places to eat with walking distance. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Staff was great

Location was decent. Room size was very spacious and beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
Some staff could work on bettering their attitude but most were friendly. The room size was large but cleanliness a disappointment. We killed 2 roaches in our room!

The location was great
The room did not have a smoke alarm. I happened to run into staff while they were testing the fire extinguishers and casually asked about the smoke detector in my room. I was given the impression that it was acceptable for the room not to have one. What felt strange was that there was a visible spot where a smoke alarm seemed to have been removed, without any cover or replacement. This was a bit concerning at first.
There was mold in the shower, and the shower temperature control handle was loose and kept falling to the hottest setting. The carpet was not very clean and still had remnants from previous guests, and the non-carpeted entryway area felt sticky. Overall, the room appeared surface-level clean, but the air did not feel fresh.

The daytime front desk person was wonderful but everyone else was rude.
They put us in a room that right off the breakfast area and so small you could barely walk around the bed. There was no room to even open our luggage. It was awful!

Great location for WW2 museum, pleasantly surprised with fabulous included breakfast. The entire staff was very accommodating and helped us with several questions, including Terrill, Charmaine and , of course, Adam, the general Manager, who spent time with us talking about the city and suggesting local restaurants.
