The hotel was a cute setting rooms were clean. Showers were hot. Bed was soft. No complaints on the room.
I feel like the breakfast could’ve been more better and the other thing is when people are walking by you can hear everything that’s going on in the hotel but other than that I enjoyed my stay would definitely book again

I got the room with a balcony . The balcony was okay it had a slight tilt tho so I didn’t walk on it much . Everything was clean and nice I would get the room again

Check in was smooth. There was a microwave and fridge. The water in the shower got hot.
I never received room service, even after asking twice. Despite this, room service knocked twice and called when I checked out 20 minutes late. No garbages were changed, no garbage bags were brought. I had to keep asking for towels amd going to get them. Same for tissue.

It was just an okay property. I didn’t realise it was a motel. The location didn’t felt safe
The key was pathetic- I had to get down 4-5 times to get the key fixed. Not once the staff came to check what’s wrong. The lamps inside room were not working when we checked in. They were fixed later when I called the reception.
The breakfast cereal- bran & raisin had insects- it was pathetic to see them moving when my wife brought it to the table

The beds were comfortable and clean. That's literally the only positive thing I can say about this place.
Felt incredibly unsafe due to hostile neighbors. An incident/argument so violent occurred in the room next to us that we felt fearful for the wellbeing of one of the people next door and feared for our safety. Rooms were moldy and hard to breathe in. Both me and the person I was staying with were coughing the entire trip because of the mold. The walls were filthy, the floors were filthy, and the bathroom looks like it has never been mopped. The location is not at all near the French Quarter unlike the description says, which we knew this booking the stay given we are somewhat familiar with the area, but the false advertisement is ridiculous. It's roughly a 15-20+ minute DRIVE away from there depending on traffic. Smell of weed, spice, and cigarettes in the room was an issue throughout the stay. There was an airwick put in the room as a pathetic attempt to cover the lack of enforcing the alleged "no smoking" policy, but it wasn't very helpful. I would highly discourage anyone from staying here unless you're incredibly brave and have lungs of steel.

The pool was gross!
The whole property smelled of pot.
The breakfast was two cereals, white bread, waffles, and coffee.
The pictures were not even close to what the property looked like.

The parking was good. It was gated.
Our room had a fake window and lacked lighting. The bathroom had good lighting, but the rest of the room only had a table lamp connected to a wall switch. The other lighting included a lamp and two bedside lights. We got to breakfast late, but the milk seemed off and there wasn't really any food. Plus we could only get 4 oz of coffee from the included breakfast.

The $50 per night weekend cost was great, and the bed was very comfortable.
There was no toilet paper in the hallway bathroom. There were only 3 options for breakfast foods, and they all included gluten. I think a fruit option should be added for those with allergies. The free wi-fi only worked when I was close to there front desk, at breakfast. It wasn’t strong enough to reach my room. There were homeless people sleeping in the parking lot in the middle of the night.

Staff kind, friendly, and caring.
The pool could stay open longer.
Fans are needed in the main center corridor. (The heat from the ac units makes that interior walkway 20 degrees hotter.)
Need new shower heads on room.

Location
The beds in the double room were full-size, not queen-size. The breakfast offered only carbohydrates; there wasn't a single source of protein. During the four days I was there, housekeeping never came to clean, replenish the toilet paper, or empty the trash.

The location was great to where we were't trying to go to. I didnt get to experience the breakfast.
The floors could have been cleaner. The bathroom floors appeared dirty and the whole bathroom looked like it needed to be cleaned and disinfected. The sheets underneath the covers were stained and looked dirty. The room need more light...
