We like nothing about this stay!
Lets start by cleaning up on the drugs! Front desk needs to communicate better without attitude. Put towels in the room one set of towels for a double room is crazy. Put coffee in the room. Clean rooms better so they don't stink. Fix ice maker. Fix the washing machine. Leave pool open past 7 pm in the summer. Add things to breakfast. You dont offer breakfast. Waffle and toast no juice hot milk in a pitcher and thats a mystery of what kind isn't breakfast. When we call over tv problem told maintenance is coming wait hour call back and front desk rude and say its a hoilday your understaffed why didn't you say that hour ago? I can literally go on and on.

It was gated and semi updated.
The pool was gross!
The whole property smelled of pot.
The breakfast was two cereals, white bread, waffles, and coffee.
The pictures were not even close to what the property looked like.

Fenced in pool area.
Could not get linens I booked 2 rooms for 8 people and got 4 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. Had to go to desk several times. My special need girl had seizure wet bed on 2nd night never got clean blankets left dirty linen outside door went to desk multiple times was told would let know when ready, white bread was only thing on breakfast bar. Had to go ask at desk finally got waffle batter nothing else including no juice. Pool open late -close early and dirty ( cigarette butts, exploded diaper, tons of ants. Never cleaned while we were there. People hanging out in hallways smoking cigarettes and marijuana all hours could not let anyone outside alone

The price was decent and the room was clean when we arrived,
They only cleaned the room once out of 7 days. Had to ask for clean towels about everyday. The area was suspect the 2nd day we saw 2 prostitute.
