On the property, I like that our room was extremely clean and spacious. The lobby and upstairs floor overlooking the city was extremely clean as well. Room service did a great job of cleaning our room and ensuring we had the items that we needed. I highly recommendthe king size suite room. The location was on the outskirts of all the busyness and loud noises on Canal Street. It’s a great location and you can take the trolley to reach all of the great restaurants and Bourbon Street vibes.
The thing I didn’t like about the property was the breakfast. They consistently made eggs and sausage every day. At times the sausage was overcooked. If you are promoting breakfast, it’s important to have diverse meals to draw people to your hotel. After the second night, my husband and I got burnt out from eating the same exact thing every day.

The Breafast was ok it would have been better with hot cereal and better quality of eggs ps they closed it right at 9am shutting all doors and I arrived maybe 2 minutes before 9 and it was already closed
In my case booking was a problem

Great location and the security guard during late night is truly amazing and friendly.
Parking is 40 a day that’s was the only thing I did not like.

Everyone was friendly and we even met the manager. Great place.
Might be a little busy during check in check out times. Some neighbours are a bit loud. But nothing extreme.
Maybe more selection for breakfast would be nice.

The rooftop bar
The tv internet never worked my whole stay so I couldn’t watch movies at night. Someone charged items to my room although Mrs Tanya said she took care of it I don’t understand how that was able to happen. I wish the pool worked. I seen it but it’s not working.

Disappointing
The room was not that clean we were told we could not have any extra towels of washcloths. The air conditioning did not work. I had to call maintenance twice the view I paid extra for was not really a view.

The public restrooms weren't cleaned, but it was heavy traffic due to so much going on the weekend .

Good
The hotel was located at the top of Canal, about a 15 walk to Burbon Street. Lots of eateries. Hotel breakfast was good, simple, and always fresh. The balcony and bar upstairs were amazing to see the night life was amazing, The bell hop was so helpful, "Mr. K" Kendricks was so sweet, knowledgeable, and always there to help with a smile. Our check-in with Ms. Cresstar was amazing. She was able to get my entire party of 2 rooms on the same floor.
Non working AC unit continued to run non-stop, the price of the hotel was not correct, there was a hidden security fee of 150.00 was added into our total cost. Our room was not ready at 4:30, and staff seemed a little loss. The bathroom door was off the hinges. No ice .aker on 2nd floor, extra, extra firm beds.
