wonderfully welcoming family run hotel, delightful accommodation and a splendid choice of breakfast choices.
The location, quiet and facing the park but just down the road from all the great jazz clubs. totally safe area
An extra nice touch was that Kristi and Joe took us on a little walk in the area to help us get our bearings.

Wow!! What a place- the personalised tour of the local area blew my mind- we stayed in 15 places on our 3 week road trip from New York down to the keys- this was my fave

Everything!
Location - walking distance from some amazing music clubs and restaurants but quiet
Decor - cute and quirky interior
Atmosphere - loved staying with the family, felt like a home away from home
Facilities - excellent! From the cute courtyard to the ample and varied breakfast options. Room was beautifully decorated - we stayed in the Mardi Gras room
So looking forward to returning soon
Joe and Kristi are wonderful owners who were easily accessible if you needed anything

It was great staying at Kristi and Joe's place, to get to know them and their family a bit. The place is near all the great live music bars on Frenchmen street (but not so close to be noisy), and a short walk from the French Quarter. Definitely recommend

The staff were really friendly and it was like staying with friends.
There was no dedicated parking so at various times it was very challenging finding a spot. There were snacks available but not really a "breakfast'
