The location and bar.
It needs a update in the lobby, elevators and hallways. The young woman who checked me in was vey unfriendly. She made a poor impression on me about the hotel. Luckily, the rest of the staff were friendly.

The hotel was great, no issue there.
Booking.com was a problem though. When we arrived, the hotel did not have our reservation or any information. Not a fun start to our vacation at all.

Comfortable, clean hotel in a central location. The room was quiet despite its proximity to Bourbon Street. The morning staff were friendly and helpful.

In the heart of the French Quarter, yet very quiet. Staff was friendly. Room was well appointed with plenty of USB outlets and good closet space.
Needs to provide body wash for showers.

Everyone was very nice and helpful and we were able to check in a little early.
It took awhile for us to find the vending machine maybe there could have been a sign or maybe a drink station in view at the entrance.

Location is perfect for Bourbon street and good restaurants. Very quaint hotel. Shower was wonderful.
No place in the bathroom to put toiletries or hang a towel near the sink. Room had an awful view of a landing with garbage in sight.
