The staff was great! Location, Location, Location.
Originally had a room with windows facing Conti St. The first night was loud from all the street noise. We didn’t get any sleep. I talked to Kenyatta at the front desk and she was very nice and understanding. She immediately moved us to an interior room. The rest of the stay was excellent. 10 out of 10!

The Cafe Conti was the best part of the stay wish they were open a little longer during the day. Their staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Food was exceptional,

The staff was absolutely spectacular - in every area from check-in to the restaurant to hospitality for holding our bags and everything inbetween. The rooms were clean and comfortable and absolutely lovely.
The first night, there was a seemingly violent domestic incident in the room next to us in the middle of the night. It was broken up, but it kept me and my partner awake for quite some time due to being pretty shaken up.

All of the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and in good repair. The room was larger than most. The nightly rate was very reasonable. It felt safe. The hotel is half a block from Bourbon Street, so we could walk to most of the entertainment.
Parking is Valet on-site. I did not see the price prior to booking the room so I was surprised it was an additional $45. per day.

The location was exceptionally good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Any problems we had in the room were addressed immediately (broken shower enclosure was repaired within an hour).
The breakfast cafe was cold and unwelcoming and the food was expensive and mediocre.The maid service did not resupply the coffee pods and condiment packets consistently, requiring us to make trips to the front desk.

The night shift front desk and valet were super friendly and informative
The morning front desk person wasn't the friendliest and at one point more worried about cigarette breaks then helping us.
Beds weren't that comfortable.

Convenient location. 1 block off Bourbon. The staff were friendly with one exception. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet hotel.
Tiny bathroom. I couldn’t even dry off in the bathroom because it was so small. No view whatsoever. The lady that checked us out today had a terrible attitude and was not helpful or even courteous. It kind of put a damper on the stay.

Location is amazing. Just steps away from the main attractions of the city. Despite its closeness, the hotel is very quiet and free from crowd. For the value, i am satisfied.
