I loved the location and felt that it was close to a lot of the touristy areas.
It was very noisy around our room and you could hear way too much traffic at night.

Patrice and Andrew greeted us with great humor and hospitality. We had requested an early check-in, and Patrice worked efficiently to make that happen. Andrew gave an excellent introductory tour of the property.
The stay was without any major complications or difficulties.

Perfect location, lovely staff and great pool. Continuous coffee available. Beds lovely!
Our room didn’t have any window so it was really hard to tell if it was night or day. However, because of the room’s location it was very quiet.

Brilliant location in the French Quarter. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. A gorgeous building with balconies a central courtyard and a pool!

Everyone I came in contact with every time was welcoming and courteous. The location is ideal. The facilities were clean and maintained. The shower heads were invigorating.
I was unable to figure out how to turn on the television, so I just watched tv on my phone instead.

Location!
Comfortable bed.
Cute pool area.
Friendly staff.
The room was small, and the bathroom area was even smaller. We had trouble with the TV and the lamps. I'm not sure if 1 worked or if it was part of the decor.
Opening the curtains to find two very small semi-circle windows at the floor level was disappointing.

Beautiful. Excellent location. Clean. Quiet yet close to the action. Pool. Staff were outstanding.
There was no option to use streaming services on the tv or to cast from a phone. Also, there was no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign to hang on the door.

All the staff was kind. But the Day Crew Team during our stay (Patrice and Andrew and the kind bellhop with the long hair). They were amazing! Welcoming and fun!
We like the style, roominess and comfort of our room. The hotel amenities are really nice. Finally, the location is everything!
Our room had a slight oder starting the 2nd day of our visit. It's an older hotel...maybe the air conditioner filter needs to be changed. Otherwise, our stay was fabulous!
