That I am not there currently and I look forward to watching their stock price collapse further.
*Raw sewage* is exactly what this entire hotel smells like, entryway, hallways & the rooms and I cannot overstate that stench. Additionally, the proprietor had a data breach and my information is likely on the dark web. They refused to issue a refund.

It was nice to stay in an apartment with lots of space, and the accommodation was comfortable. The location was great, close to the French Quarter and near easy public transportation to other areas and the airport. Our TV didn't work, but we let Sonder know and they brought us a Chromecast, which we greatly appreciated.
The elevators in the building didn't seem to work that well - it appeared that many of them were out of order much of the time, so occasionally we had to wait a long time to leave the building. It's annoying that Sonder makes you pay extra to check in early or check out late AND doesn't have luggage storage available unless you pay for it from one of their partners.

Disappointing
The apartment was in a good location and a good size. The kitchen area was good and made it possible to cook and eat meals if you don't feel like eating at restaurants every day.
The bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable. More time has been spent making the apartment look pretty than on the things that matter.
The stairs up to the apartment were disgusting. When we had to use these when the lift broke, we noticed rat droppings in a dilapidated area that homeless people had evidently been staying in.
When these issues were raised with the host the response was beyond unsatisfactory. We were told that a representative of the host was on site to deal with issues, this turned out to be completely fabricated.
The experience with customer service for the host was appalling and only served to add to our frustration.

It was very dirty! Out of 6 elevators, you were lucky if 1 worked!! Not a good place to stay.

Kitchen and washer/dryer was most welcome. Gave us flexibility. Room was spacious enough to spend time in between tours of the city.
Not having anywhere to leave luggage after we checked out. Did not need to be at the airport for 4-5 hours so could have spent a bit more time in New Orleans

Spacious and quiet. Great location right off Canal but not on Canal.
Not as clean as it could be, broken appliances in apartment and issues with plumbing. Someone did fix the toilet when I called . The pool/deck area was a joke. The pool was tiny with cheap bubbled up lining and hot water.

It was clean, had everything we needed and walking distance to most everything. There was also a code to get into the building as well as security.
The street noise was horrible. We were woken up multiple times during our 4 night stay.

The location was perfect! Close to all the tourist spots, it was clean, appliances were brand new. Its way bigger than the photos.
It didnt have international plugs.

The apartment itself, amenities and staff are all exceptional! I even extended my stay here instead of moving on to another hotel as it had everything I needed and was super comfortable staying here.
Also shoutout to the lovely security staff downstairs that always greet me with a smile!
The noise outside can get a little loud especially on weekends, but that's no fault of the hotel.
That would happen anywhere staying in the city.
