We stayed in a large family room. If I tell you the room was wonderful great price and location. The ladies that checked us in and out was very nice. Great location for walking and entertainment. The kids also enjoyed the location plenty of food places in walking distance. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
There was nothing I didn't like about the stay. Only down side was the 1 bathroom.

I love the atmosphere and the staff. I also love the location. I stay there everytime I'm in new orleans or.most times. It is a great place to stay
Only thing I didn't like is that they didn't have shampoo.

The motion camera kept saying hello you're being recorded. It kept me up all night. Please mute or turn the volume down on that.

Location, hotel and room had character. The people working were very nice. If I were starting a business in Nola, I would hire them.
Free parking is on street. Owner knows this, but won't change listings showing free parking on site when it's off site on street. Room somewhere is being slowly digested by fungus and smells just like the mulch pile I walked by later that first day. I noticed a smell when I walked in and didn't place it immediately. It's not bad but it did stink up some clothes. The room is very humid and has to control temperature and humidity. The room is small and unless you're a couple no way will two people fit. Pricing was high for a low value room.

No one on site or tending the property upon arrival had to wait for someone to arrive. Once employee arrive. Room was stale musty water stains cigarette burns noted in the comforter.

The lady working the front desk was very nice, she felt bad they didn't have any other rooms to put us in. They refunded my virtual card with booking.com but 3 weeks later & booking.com hasn't given us the refund
It wasn't clean, there was dog hair and grass all over the bed, no water, no air conditioning, there was a dirty wash cloth hanging in the bathroom.
