Comfortable rooms.
Unexplained extra charges to my credit card. Had it not been for other reviews I wouldn’t have noticed and I had to follow up daily once I left to sort this out.

The front desk service was unprofessional and unpleasant. The girl at the coffee shop asked me to decide whether I wanted a coffee or a cappuccino, explaining, “because there are two different things,” as if I didn’t know.
Never before have I written a bad review for any stay in the over 40 countries I have visited. I understand cultural differences and norms, but this experience was purely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. The management needs to address the poor quality of service being provided by the staff at the front.

We arrived at 10pm from London with two young kids and the room I had paid for an confirmed was given away which meant their beds were not ready and we had to move all four of us to a room with only one double bed. They told me the room was set up with a rollaway bed and a sofa bed. Pic attached of what we arrived to. The kids ended up having to sleep on a sofa and a rollaway. Not what we paid for.

The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the staff was nice, the place was clean, the lobby is beautiful, the shower head height in the bathroom was adjustable… loved that!
The pool is tiny and was very crowded because people can buy tickets to use it. Very loud rap music and sexual behavior happening in the pool in the middle of the day on a Sunday afternoon.

I like the room and the restaurant at the hotel. The staff was excellent from arrival to departure. The day shift chef, bartender, and waitress(Sarah) were amazing!!!! The chicken was soooo good. The beignets were great too. The drinks were good as well. The night staff was good too, but the drinks weren’t so good(different bartender). Food amazing! The valet staff were great too. Throughout my stay…. I encountered Sarah, Amber, Dominic, Richard, and a few others I didn’t catch their name, but they were so amazing!!
I didn’t like how at check-in, one cookie was given when it was two guests staying. I didn’t like the extra fees that were charged. Incidentals, and parking is fine. All the other extra fees were unnecessary. There are annoying gnats in the dining area and the booth seats need to be cleaned. The upholstery on it. But other than that I had a great stay.

Parties on the roof lasted until 12:00. It feels like and it was super crowded. All seats were reserved. Couldn't go swimming until the next morning...
