central location, price was acceptable, room was very good.
Lack of flexibility of booking.com and Loews as I had to change dates, and suddenly, the flexibility was not an option anymore, except for prolongating the stay. Not shortening. I have been sent here and there without solution so I had to pay 2 nights for nothing.

beds were super clean and comfortable, location was perfect and the bar and restaurant food and drinks and waiter were wonderful! Our valet guy was super nice too!
price was a bit high for such a large group (we were a team of 9 players and their families) and breakfast was not included

Excellent location for many kinds of attractions. Larger rooms are really large and comfortable. Huge bathrooms. Excellent beds. Friendly staff. Nice Restaurant and bar.
Great breakfast but staff seemed uninterested in service.

This is a very comfortable hotel with a laid back atmosphere. The location is great and the staff are always outstanding. It is showing slight signs of wear and tear and might be up for a remodel in the near future.
The shower in our room had poor water pressure and the shower head leaked while using it. Also the toilet seat didn't fit the commode and would slide sideways when sat on.
