Pleasant
Location was walkable to Canal Street and French Quarter. Breakfast was decent. Toilet kept running. A/c unit randomly shut off and looked like it was about to fall apart.
Very noisy. Drunk guests loud at all hours of the night in the hallway. Drunk people laying on the hallway floors. Bar only open 5-10pm. Our room faced the pool, so people were constantly looking in or using the windows as mirrors.

location was good, room was ok no extra chair. had to ask for fresh towels. the view was the roof of nuilding. there was a group of very noisy teens. overall not worth the cost.

The location and the free breakfast.
The staff was honestly pretty rude and not helpful at all. We even spoke with the manager and it was the same vibe, no help and not even a smile. When we got there at check-in time they told us to step aside because no rooms were ready. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes while they cleaned one for us and our friends. They also told us we’d be on the same floor as our friends which wasn’t true. The rooms themselves were just okay definitely not very clean. The bathroom tub was honestly gross and even had bugs in it. Beds were fine.
They let us know there’s no housekeeping unless you get on a waitlist which we did, so just a heads up on that. On a positive note, the free breakfast was actually really good and the breakfast staff was super kind and helpful. Parking was confusing and pretty expensive. The WiFi is basically unusable, I couldn’t get it to work at all and just used my hotspot. The staff made it pretty clear they were too busy to help with anything. The location is great, but overall the experience didn’t match it. Between the rude staff and the condition of the rooms, I’d manage expectations. You could honestly spend less somewhere smaller and have a much better experience.

The location of the hotel was within walking distance and close to the FrenchQuarters. The price was very reasonable for the time we stayed in NOLA. The bed was very comfortable to sleeping. The staff was wonderful.
We had no issues during our stay.

Door wouldn’t not open with key. They tried different ones didn’t work. How to have a locksmith. Still didn’t work needed to wait for supervisor who didn’t show up. We were up all night and all morning waiting.

The breakfast was very limited and could have much more variety of food and it was cold
The receptionist were rude and wasn’t pleasant at all. Everybody had attitudes and the valet parking was horrible. The rooms where too hot and nobody came to try to fix it.
