I made a reservation and stayed one night at the hotel, I paid the security deposit and it's been more than 15 days since I received a refund! I tried to contact the hotel but they didn't answer or hung up on me.

The breakfast waffles were good! Location was really good too! And the room was big!
The moment we unlocked our door we had to push with our body in order to open the door since the door wasn’t aligned properly I’m assuming. Then once in you get smacked with a strong mildew smell. And when you take off your shoes and tried to walk barefoot the carpet felt wet which was not a good sensation.

The hotel staff are very kind and professional. The valet company they used were not.
Facility was not as clean and had en elevator down the entire time.
