Yes up on arrival the front desk clerk checked us in un clean rooms we came down and told her she changed them and gave us 3 more unclean rooms i asked her is there something she can accommodat for this she told us to leave if not she will call the cops

Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Room 719, faucet in tub was about to fall off, Shower head not full pressure. AC was on 66 it was warm in the room.

I liked everything except the location.
The location of this hotel was really a poor choice. I didnt feel safe in this area of town. There were tons of closed shops and abandoned buildings. Im not sure why this hotel was even built here.

Mattress is hard, pillows are flat, water pressure low, water doesnt get hot, our room door didnt deadbolt, elevator always smelled like pot, the whole place could definitely use a deep cleaning. Oh and sometimes no one was working the front desk?

I always enjoy the Country Inn & suites by Radisson matter the location. Just the idea of being within New Orleans is phenomenal ! Im always happy with this locations cleanliness and comfort. My mind id at easy with safety outside of the hotel as well.

Both hotel and rooms are clean.. Surprsingly shocked to see this clean for a 2 star hotel. Towels and sheets are clean as well.
Breakfast could be improved and the guy at the reception could be better in greeting customers.

Staff were so kind n helpful. They made the construction issues less stressful
The hotel is remodeling n construction goes on until 8pm. Its loud construction too. At least it was in the area our room was located. Luckily we had to leave for dinner n didnt have to continue to hear the grinding n pounding for much longer

The location, the beds, the pullout couch, the malfunctioning smoke detector, two customer service issues, and not worth the money when no one is sleeping.
