Central location. Courteous staff
Hours of restaurant. Bar staff was incredibly understaffed. The hours of ordering food need to be extended until MIDNIGHT NOT 1030 PM! YOUR HOTEL NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS IMPORTANT ISSUE! People are using this hotel for all sorts of events that interfere with normal dinning hours. Patrons depend on much later dinning options to accommodate their needs. Especially people who are diabetics! Also am coffee service should be available at 5:30 pm, especially when flight issues related to Government Shut down are concerned. Most people this past weekend had to leave for the airport much earlier because of delays going through TSA. Your lobby coffee service was not available for those leaving at 6am. Also breakfast on Sundays should be at 5:30-6am for travelers, most of whom book early flights. These basic services need to be addressed and changed in order to meet your guests needs.

The two-night reservation I had requested at check-in had not been properly recorded, and it took a long time to resolve the issue. The refund amount was small, and even when I contacted them, their responses were slow. It has now been two and a half weeks, and the refund still has not been processed, which makes me wonder whether they have any intention of addressing the matter. Some staff members (cleaning, concierge, and room service) were nice and friendly, but others could use some improvement.

I love how clean the property was and the view was amazing
I was lost trying to find the location. The address does not put you to the front of the building it’s put you on the side of a restaurant which you can’t get in unless someone lets you in.
