Location enough away from the all night revelry but close enough to walk to it. One block from a park to walk the dog.
Exorbitant pet fee and several homeless sleeping each night in alley and nearby park. A large group arrived at once and the flow was not handled correctly leading to very long wait lines for an elevator. This hotel hosts large parties often so I don’t understand the lack of preparation by the hotel staff

Very comfortable location, quiet but close to public transportation and the french quarter. nice clean rooms and good breakfast. Like many said in the comments there is a service fee for it. Beignets were amazing!
Only problem was the water pressure, which wasn't great. But good value for money.

the location is good
the hotel is old, there is rust in the bathroom, the shower did not work, there is noise from everywhere
there is a 6 USD fee per day per person if your breakfast is included - this was not mentioned anywhere - so for 2 persons you have to pay an extra 12 usd for breakfast tips
