Overall, you did well. We came in early about 2:00 PM and could not check in yet waiting in line to find out. Had to wait in line again at 4:00 PM to check in. Also had to wait in line again to check out. Alot of standing in long lines. Not bad if line were short.
Other Hotels have invoices under door in AM, so you do not have to visit with front desk again in morning.

I loved the everything about this place.
I didn’t like the fact they over charged my card. I’m just noticing that they charged $67 each day for parking and an additional $117 again for parking when we left. I need my refund.

Location was awesome. Our event was at the super dome so just a block or so away.
The building is awesome and very stylish. The room however was not. The towels smelled like they had been sitting there for 10 years the dresser had a fuel smell to it the beds were uncomfortable like it had 1960 mattresses the carpet was something you would expect from a run down motel 6. I mean I was scared to let my son play with his hot wheels on the floor. the wall paper was peeling off the wall. Electric plugs halfway pushed into the wall. For the price we paid ($470 for one night) it was very very disappointing. Then I call 20 minutes out to ask about parking. Keep in mind the website said no need to reserve parking. I call anyway they tell me the valet parking is available when I get there they will take care of parking. 20 minutes later I show up and they tell me valet is full and I’m on my own to find parking for the weekend. Pitiful

Double charged for rooms, rooms weren’t ready until over an hour after check in time, no extra blankets available, room service was very slow.
