Closeness to the Smoothie King Center within walking distance. Pillows were exceptional goose down. Very nice breakfast. Exceptional view from the main business and dining area. Liked that parking garage connected to the hotel.
Nothing. Liked everything. Was a little confusing exiting the parking garage and figuring out take this elevator, not that one. But, it wasn't terrible

I loved the location, the room, the view and of course the staff was always polite and always at my every call getting things done that I asked.
The guest but you can’t control people and their actions. I feel I was among racists people. At every elevator ride it was ppl asking if we could take another elevator when there was plenty of room on the available elevator but being that I was here on vacation I vowed to let nothing or anybody ruin my trip so I overlooked the ignorance of ppl to enjoi this beautiful hotel and it’s city.

Walking distance to the main tourist spots, but you need to be fairly fit.
Breakfast options were poor with stale bread every day. However staff were fantastic at making individual omelettes
