The staff was superb! We loved our room and view of the courtyard. The location was perfect - just off Bourbon so it was quiet but a super quick walk to fun!

I liked the ambiance. ThecHotel St. Marie had an elegant upscale charm. It had a courtyard that
was completely enclosed with a pool, fountain and seating area; a nice place to enjoy a little reading. Some rooms have balconies that overlook the charming courtyard. The Hotel St. Marie has the most attentive staff. Jason was very helpful and attended to our questions. The other nice amenity is the on site parking. The valet was quick to retrieve our vehicle when we needed it. I can't forget to mention the location. When you walk out of the hotel's front door and take a left, the first street is Bourbon Street. So, you are in the thick of things, but you wouldn't know it
when inside the hotel because it's very quiet. The Hotel St. Marie is hidden a gem.

Nice choices. The menu items were prepared as ordered so they were fresh.
The gentleman at the front desk at checkout said he would email my receipt to me.He asked if my email he had was correct, I told him it was not and told him he had it at .com and it should be .net at the end. You sent to me and you have my email correct. Obviously, he does not. If you could have someone please send me the receipt, I would appreciate it.

Great central location, with lots of character. Clean and comfy. Pool in courtyard a great way to cool down at the end of a long day.
Couldn’t turn lights off in the bedroom from the bed.

This hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. Almost none of the outlets worked. The carpet looked like it was over 50 years old and never cleaned. The grout in the bathroom was disgusting. The valet guy reeked of weed so bad I was amazed they let him drive other people’s vehicles. That can’t even be legal!

Other guests smoking on their courtyard balconies and the smoke wafting into my room. Didn’t get to enjoy my balcony without being hit with cigarette smoke.

It’s a block away from Bourbon street and far enough not to hear all the noise and entertainment.
The place is a bit dated. The coffee shop is expensive .
