The location was fantastic - you can get to everything on foot within the French Quarter, and the patio beautiful. Management very accommodating - housekeeping accidentally forgot to tidy our room, but management got someone to do it a bit after hours.
No water in the room (had to refill in the lobby), the pool was freezing (wish it was heated) and the Ice Bar closed kind of early, 9 p.m.

Very convenient and also rather quiet area I. French Quarter. Nice and gentle guests. Very decent and authentic building and the configuration with patio. Very kind and helpful staff. Small but cozy bar.
The door of the rest room was broken. But after the claim it was fixed immediately.

Excellent location. Comfortable.
Extremely noisy A/C. Noisy service vehicles in the morning. No microwave or drinking water facilities in the block where I was staying.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and really well equipped for the heat with air con and fan. Very clean.
As it's an old building and there was an adjoining door we could hear the people next door really loudly -we also would wake up in the night because of people's luggage being brought across the cobble stones which was really loud. It's just worth noting that you may want to check that your room isn't facing onto the carpark/near the reception if you are affected by noise like that

Great location - comfy beds - all day shift employees were fantastic.
Just my quirky preference to have a nightlight in the bathroom. Only had an overhead light and no plug for my nightlight.

The fact that is was an older hotel, wanted more of a new orleans feel not s chain hotel
Well not their fault but cable was out for 2 days and there was street work going on right outside our room so 8am jackhammers, you could also hear the train whistle st 6am…kinda a my cousin Vinny moment
