The location was great and the staff was very helpfull
The hotel was very dirty. The bathrooms were kimd of disgusting, one toilet did not work, which actually did not bother us, because we had a second one, but the bathtube was dirty, the fridge was dirty, the kitchen as greedy all over the kitchenplace. the swimmingpool seemed to look dirty.
At the end we were asked how sattisfied we were via text, when we replied nobody contacted us. When we left we forgot our airpads and asked them to be send to our place, but novody answered to ous messages, just AI generated messages.
Poor management to be honest. very poor.

The staff was nice and welcoming! Breakfast was amazing! Rooms was very clean and housekeeping came by everyday to see what we needed and made beds and cleaned bathroom
I didn't like that you have to pay to park, but that is everywhere in nola!

It was close to everything. We felt safe and the staff was excellent.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only thing that was a problem was the ticking from the air conditioning unit. Other than that, it was great!

I like the location, room was amazing
the amenities did not work properly (iron), some of the outlets were not working/functioning properly the breakfast was ok, waffles were hard, eggs really runny, and people coughing all around it.
