The only was was the front desk agent her name Moesha was a pleasure everyone else at the front desk not so much. The Spanish lady was ok always had a smile but every time you ask for something they always said we don’t have that.

The bad outweighed the good.
Please beware of booking at this location on booking.com! We needed to checkout a day early, and they said they had to charge me for both nights because I booked on booking.com, and it was an event in New Orleans. This policy is written not written anywhere, but they said that they reserve the right to enact this policy anyway. I was charged $688 for only staying 1 night! The assistant manager, Cookie, would not let us check in unless we paid the full amount, knowing there was nowhere else to stay in the city. She would not check us out when we left the next day. She was rude and condescending. I discovered the next day that we were charged twice for the second night, and an extra charge that no one could explain. I'm still waiting to resolve the issue. This brings the total up to almost $1000. I've also tried to contact an agent with booking.com, and no one will answer! I will NEVER stay at this hotel, and I will tell anyone I know about this experience until it's resolved. I'm also disappointed in booking.com for not being available to resolve this issue either. I have been booking with them for years, and after this experience, I will NEVER use the site again!

The staff was polite, room was clean, very spacious, and near the interstate to get to our event faster. Local mom and pop dining less than 5 miles away.

The hotel was in a great location and very clean. We spent our time visiting New Orleans & Homewood Suites was close enough, but not too far from town.
The breakfast & snack lady was pretty vocal and was pretty negative. I heard her several times complaining about management or having to work. Front desk girl was not real helpful either. Negativity sends a poor message to customers. Others heard her.
