The room was nice and clean the staff was also nice and accommodating.
The bed was very uncomfortable. My back was hurting everyday when I woke up. I was in excruciating pain. They need to update the mattresses. It felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box.

Location only.
Room TV had bad issues and the property staff were not helpful. Unplugging the tv and restarting did nothing to fix issue and they did not seem interested in looking at it or helping with the issue. Room cost was $300 for a night for a very small and filthy carpet room. Asked for compensation for issues and was told because I booked through Booking.com, the property would do nothing.

Localization
They only informed us at check-in that the room we had booked was not available. They placed us in an attached room that was being rented to a family who made a lot of noise during the night. In other words, we paid for one room and received another. I didn’t complain because my goal was to enjoy and explore the place—it wasn’t worth it. I just won’t come back.

The location is great, especially if you're heading to the Superdome. Within walking distance to tons of places, or public transportation spots.
The room wasn't great. When we first entered, it stunk!! Like sewage. And the room is SMALL. The sink isn't part of the bathroom, it's next to one of the beds. On night 2 of our stay, the entire 6th floor smelled like an electrical fire. Just the 6th floor. It permeated into our room and lasted several hours. Even after reporting to front desk, never received an explanation as to why. Was very concerning.
