Very Good
Good location and walking distance to nearby locations to sightsee. Many breakfast options to choose from. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Nice outdoor pool with seating area.
No restaurant on-site. Plan ahead before heading back to the hotel to get meals.

The price and the location were very convenient.
The valet parking attendant was rude. We had to ask to get assistance with our bags. The fire alarm went off at 3 am forcing us to vacate the building. After about an hour we were able to go back in. No announcements or apology from management. The next day they pretended it didn't even happen. Didnt offer anything to compensate us. Also I left my glasses when I checked out and they refused to help locate them.

We stayed here before our cruise and able to park our car and used shuttle to & from port. Room was nice, clean & comfortable. We had issues with the booking, room, amd valet; however, when they sent a text to see how it was going I was honest. I was then contacted by the front desk and they made adjustments to the bill due to issues. That was impressive for this day and age as customer service doesn't seem as important to some places.
I used booking.com & when I got to the hotel i was given a smaller room & told that I didnt get the park & sail package because I used a 3rd party site, but since they put us in a double Q instead of K suite they didnt make me pay the full amount. I also had an issue getting waited on by the valet service.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The valets were great!
I didn't like the high cost of valet parking. I also had difficulty getting the front desk to answer the phone. We requested our car to be brought up and the front desk didn't tell the valets the first night. The fire alarms went off around 3 a.m. Thursday morning.

I liked the location and views and the breakfast.
There was a fire around 3 am and we were evacuated never told what happened but my floor was covered in smoke, asked 3 employees that morning and no one knew what had happened

I absolutely fell in love with the lobby. Interior of the hotel is great. Food was good and it was quite easy to walk around. Walking to the downtown was taking us around 20 minutes.

Location, comfortable beds, most of the staff was very nice!
Valet was expensive and the check in staff at 3 seemed mad at the world. We asked for a room by the elevator ... we got one by an elevator but it went to the ballroom lol. Technicality so point for them we laughed.

Spacious, tidy rooms and an excellent location. The gym is a highlight, offering a much wider selection of equipment than most other hotels.
