Having to pay for parking with the cost of the room, it should have been included. The table in the breakfast lounge, the chairs at the smaller tables need to be secured, I spelt my coffee two days in a row..

Great location in the Garden District. Secure parking lot at back of hotel. Streetcar runs right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient. You can walk to a few restaurants and Fresh Market. We loved walking in the neighborhood. Audobon Park is accessible via the streetcar and is a beautiful, large park to walk/run in.
We did not have any complaints about this hotel at all.

The location, cleanliness, and security was top notch. Most importantly the staff members were polite, kind, friendly and helpful. You definitely need to keep those employees.
