The location. Even thou it was a little stressful in and out, but New Orleans is a stressful state.
The staff wasn’t friendly. The valet guys was. The room had a window but no view.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location of the hotel couldn't be better for visiting the French Quarter. Parking in the Commerce Garage (Parking New Orleans). a short block from the hotel. was very reasonable if you book online in advance ($17/night). There was a very convenient RTA streetcar stop at the corner by the hotel (St Charles line)...gets you to the WWII Museum and the Garden District. Finally, the included breakfast served at the hotel was excellent!
While the King bedroom was more than adequate, and the bed quite comfortable, the room was not well lit at all. No overhead light, and 3 low watt lamps. The windows allowed no light as the adjacent building was so close as to block any available daylight.

Good location, although apparently unsafe in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Air conditioning did not work in the room. No wifi access on the floor I stayed.

Breakfast staff rude. Condescending. Rolling eyes..snickering. making rude comments under breath. Lady with long hair tied up and skinny young lady. Clearly txtg each other about patrons. Other guests commenting. making you feel uncomfortable... busy hotel. No need for this they have jobs because we pay to stay there. ..

Lady with hair up in a bun at check in.. Not so helpful.
Door didn't lock on room. And bathroom door also not latching

Great location easy walk to French Quarter. Rooms was bigger and nicer than expected.
Staff was a bit of a turn off. Guy begrudgingly let us store our luggage before checkin but acted like we were causing him a huge headache. We were charged for two nights of valet parking when we didn’t even have a car but this was resolved and refunded in one phone call. Included breakfast was not great but it was edible.
