Disappointing
It was clean but many of the common areas looked like they were renovating the hotel. Missing lights, trim outlets. The staff was very nice.
We had a room facing Bourbon street and the noise was just unbearable. We checked out two days early. Also the food in the hotel is not good. Had the worst pancakes and waffles of our lives!

Elevators were little tight but manageable. You expect that with an older building.

The staff was very friendly . I found the cleaning staff to be pleasant as well
The walls were paper thin. The toilet gave us issues the whole time ( we called maintenance twice during our stay) . We resorted to using the bathroom in the lobby which had 1 woman's stall and 1 sink out of order the whole visit.

The location is perfect if you are wanting to experience the night life of New Orleans. The beds were comfortable and the staff super friendly. The pool looked nice and the balcony was great.
Our room was by the service elevator and housekeeping didnt make much effort to be quiet when getting started in the morning.

Great bed and bedding. Great food Very central location. Great lady called Sonia in bar area.
The pool area was fantastic. The disappointment was only 6 sun beds and no cushions to go with them making them very uncomfortable to lay on !!!
