Was staying there for the second time and loved it! Quiet, safe location, always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful! My pups liked it too, plenty of places to walk them and actually close to a river walk.
The downtown and the French Quarter are 15-20 min drive away from the hotel, everything is super accessible.
Will definitely stay there again next time we visit NOLA!

Where do I start? The bus doesn’t even come close. You have to walk at least a mile to catch any public transport. The rooms are out dates and nasty. Staff has no accountability for how horrible the place looks. Only food or hygiene is in a vending machine card only! The room keys don’t work! Management dodges any form of communication. They refuse to give refunds or address any issues.

That the chain in the toilet was broken when we got into the room and it was so booked up I didn’t want to bother anybody to switch rooms

Found a few nice places to eat. The staff were very nice.
The room was not like the picture.
The bathroom and sink were a bit run down. The room had a funky smell. The bed made a strange noise every time you moved.
