We stayed at 215 Julia St. The room and the host were great however, I felt like the breakfast was a little liking that very few items to choose from and they needed more cooks to do the omelette line.
The breakfast was a little Skippy. They didn’t have a lot to choose from. The turkey sausages were overcooked. while I was there.

Bathroom tub had a bag in it looks like pee was in it, one of my family members tub was dirty. Plus my sister wedding ring and wine was removed from the room but some how later that night when we made it back to the room her stuff was on the counter top. A lady on the same floor dressed was removed in put back the same way when police was about to be involved.

Room was not made up. Not enough towels and toiletries. Shower drain not working properly.
We had to request towels daily since the room was not cleaned daily. Bedding was ok didn’t like the blanket pull over

I loved how easy the check in process was. I met two very sweet ladies Jameka and Courtney they were very helpful and kind. If I was confused about anything they were very prompt to answer.
I was insulted and treated very badly by the third party valet parking company. My vehicle was denied parking due to messy upkeep which is legitimate. I was offended by the fact that when I asked unknowing about what was left in the car due to long travel the owner of PMSI was condescending and said that we are not going to drive in filth and said that my car had a bad smell which it did not. I had my car cleaned before coming and had a hanging air freshener that smelled really good actually. I have kids who made it dirty again and fast food bags and chargers were thrown on floors in the front area of car so I simply cleaned it out and they still would not park my car. One of the valet employees followed me inside the hotel to tell me again to move my vehicle in a very rude way. I was simply going in to ask where else to park. The third party business offered no direction as to where I was supposed to park. Since I'm not familiar with New Orleans I had no idea I could park on side of the road. Mrs. Courtney at the hotel check in was very apologetic and explained that she is sorry that happened to me and offered direction and information on where to park. I've been to several hotels and my car had a little clutter on the floor and they still were kind and parked my car. My car didn't have dirt in seats, slime or sticky stuff on anything, nothing but trash on floors that I quickly removed. I was treated as if my car was filled with disgusting filth and it was not. This company should be ashamed treating people this way. I've never experienced that with any valet company.

The room was really great, super spacious.
The breakfast was very vegetarian-unfriendly and the choice was very likited. Also a lot of single use items, including plastic cutlery, which is really not great for a prestigious hotel like this.
Also, no access to the swimming pool. Bummer.

Disappointing
The employees from checking in to the bar/grill were nice so that’s a plus. The breakfast was good. The location was close to a lot of things. The pool was decent.
The shower was smaller than the pictures. The balcony was small with little to no privacy and no furniture. They had room service on the phones but didn’t actually offer it. The ac in the hotel nor our rooms did not work so it was extremely hot during the day. The hotel isn’t worth the price we paid to stay there.

When we arrived at the room, the sheets were dirty. They told us they couldn't bring us any clean ones upstairs, but after calling several times, they finally brought some. The happy hour was disappointing; we could only have one drink per person, and it was very watered down. The valet parking was terrible. We even saw one of the attendants hit the curb and damage a car rim. He mentioned that we had insurance, which was crazy. This was the worst Embassy Suites experience I've ever had.
