Location to Garden District in NO was nice as we had reservations at the Commander's Palace. The room was really nice, combination of Art Deco and modern decor gave it a nice vintage yet clean feel.
No food or bar services at this hotel, not used to having nothing. Also, Location again, not good, at night...sketchiness showed up. Went in to a liquor store right next door and remained very cognizant of sketchy patronage, and some folks were also in a hurry to get out. So I did my business and GTFO!

The property isn’t far from anything you want to do in the city. Free parking in private garage. No fuss check in. Spacious room. Other comments complained about the beds being “too soft”. They were perfect. Like sleeping on a cloud. Air con quickly cooled off the room. Staff were nice and didn’t hesitate to answer questions.
There’s free snacks in the lobby! Will likely stay again the next time I visit.
The bathroom door in my room did not close. If you tried, it would get stuck/very hard to open. A few of the towels were stained or had a smell.
Not a true negative but housecleaning knocked at 8 am. That’s just too early for a weekend. lol

Location and room. Right next door to a great rooftop bar. The staff was greeting and after alerting the staff as we were leaving, they indicated they would address. The room was very spacious and clean. Access to the transportation is right outside the hotel. It takes you to Canal Street.

Comfy beds, good location.
I didn't like that with all the money that was charged. There were no drinks available such as water, juice, soda etc. I had to go shop for drinks and bring them back. The coke machine they do have doesn't work. They say they dont own it, so nothing could be done about it. They didn't have plastic bags for the ice bucket. The construction next door woke me up early every morning. Some tried going into my friends room. Lucky, she had the latch turned so they couldn't get in. No, it was the made service.

We recently stayed at the St Charles Coach House and overall we enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable as was the bed. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. We liked the proximity to the streetcar, a good breakfast cafe (Avenue Cafe), good restaurant (Lula’s) and great roof top bar in the Pontchartrain Hotel.
Unfortunately, the glass in our window was partially covered in a white film, I suspect the double glassing unit had failed. On a VERY NEGATIVE note on the day we checked out we caught the woman from housekeeping cleaning the mugs in our room with one of our dirty towels. She immediately dropped the towel onto the pile of our other used towels. I took the towel to reception and reported what I had witnessed. When questioned by the manager she denied doing it, obviously, and sadly the manager was prepared to believe her even though the towel was covered in coffee stains. I know what I saw and I know that was one of our used towels as it had another stain on it that I recognised.
