Absolutely beautiful French Quarter property with private courtyard and private pool. You can go out the side gate and turn a few corners and be on Bourbon Street and in the heart of the Quarter!

I liked the bedroom because it had it's own door so if you are staying with a roommate you each have your own private space. I liked the courtyard and pool area very tropical environment. Fresh coffee bar set up in the courtyard at 7am or so.
Bathroom was small and hard to shave with the sink set sideways making it hard to get close to the mirror but the shower was great with plenty of hot water and the towels were plentiful and clean.

the location really is perfect for being able to explore the French quarter on foot without staying right in the middle of all the action. if youre wanting a place that feels safe enough to walk back and forth from bourbon, then this is perfect.
the only thing that I did not like about the property is the beds were like rock hard

I liked the Views, the front desk worker and everyone that we ran into at the resort. felt like a great family environment.
The Air condition was the only thing that didnt go well. It was super hot in our room and we were told that the AC freezes if you turn it down so low to a certain amount of degrees. I think better systems should be put in. Great place overall besides from the AC units

Charles was very helpful. He answered all questions, informed us where to park, directions to everything. He is an asset to this property. Location was great, able to walk to restaurants, attractions. Property is not new and does not have many conveniences of chain hotels, but the charm and uniqueness make up for this. The courtyard is nice and has ample seating for quests. Unit we rented was clean.
