Great location in the heart of the French Quarter.
Hot water is an issue. Day 1: no hot water, shower didn’t work. I lost nearly 2 hours while they looked at it, found a smaller room and then moved rooms. Day 2: I ran the water for over 20 minutes before the water warms up. As I talked to other guests, no less than 10 had same/similar complaints about the lack of hot water.

I liked the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel. Also like the ice water in the lobby.
We requested our room to be away from Bourbon St. and was not honored. Thus our room was noisy and hard to fall asleep. Only coffee was offered in the morning, no decaf nor tea.
