The convenience of driving right up to the entrance, then beyond friendly staff all around! Especially the two gentlemen I dealt with who managed the valet parking! Outstanding hospitality and service!
As I’m a smoker, dealing with the beggars (homeless) anywhere around the sidewalks outside the property. Nothing necessarily the hotels fault, just hard to enjoy the morning coffee and cigarettes when steadily getting hustled.

They charged my card on 1/31 then sent repeated emails threatening to cancel my reservation due to not receiving the payment. I had to escalate the issue for the property to finally fix it.
The phone didn't work
The safe malfunctioned and I couldn't get money out to go to Mardi Gras..again the phone didn't work and we were on the 14th floor.
They only made up one bed and provided two towels. There were 4 people in the room and both beds were unkept. Again the phone didn't work for us to call the front desk.
They continued to only bring two towels after explaining there are 4 people in the room.

I’ve stayed here before the only complaint I have is the mattress is too firm. I’m so glad I got a suite this time contemplating coming to Mardi Gras next year and securing the same type of room

The location was the best part. The problem was our room was up against the elevator and all night it was very loud in the walls. Also we had young people running up and down the halls yelling and playing. Not fun trying to sleep.

The location was great, the Bpurbon House restaurant was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable.
I didn’t like the fact that I asked the front desk about a canal street view “I had booked a New Orleans view” and he did find us a canal view that it made the price jump up 100 bucks. Seems a bit steep for a view that wasn’t great.
