The service at reception was great.
The rest of the services were awful.. no answer when ringing guest services, no room service..
The actual accommodation does not represent the photos whatsoever, the showers we're in a poor state, the bed was uncomfortable.
The location was in a very vulnerable place and we all felt vulnerable for the durationof our stay.
There were much better hotels in better locations at a lesser cost..

Gorgeous lobby and great location in the heart of all the action.
Not very clean, our first room the air conditioning wasn’t working. Customer service was lacking and didn’t really care to help. They did send and engineer but he just messed with one thing and said “hope that works”. We had to call down again to request a room change and they questioned if the engineer fixed it, obviously not. They did upgrade our room which was generous but it really was more the lack of customer service. In the new room, one whole wall the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was questionable on cleanliness and one of the towels has makeup on it. The outlet in the bathroom was hanging from the wall. Was close to all the action so it’s loud at night.

The location was just what we wanted!
We asked about a good place to grab a coffee & dessert and they barely had neither.
Maybe a guide could be left in the rooms for new guests or a link to places in the area that have meals and pastries/desserts. Especially for someone like us, who were there as first timers with our family
There were no complimentary toiletries in our room. And No water in the room.

The location was excellent. Nearby to most activities, usually within walking distance. The bed and air conditioning were both very comfortable. Little interaction with the staff but what I did have was very good.
It was not up to the usual Crowne Plaza expectations. It had the look and feel of an old tired hotel in need of refurbishing. Compared to other Crowns Plazas that I have stayed at was very near the bottom. Not what I expect out of a Crowne Plaza hotel.
