Walking distance to the Superdome. Easy parking across the street (reserve ahead) or valet. Rooftop heated pool, and great coffee shop. Safe and comfortable!

The location is great. I like that they provide complimentary slippers and mouthwash etc on request.
The front staff at reception was not very friendly at all. The rooms do not feel like a luxury hotel. The bathroom is strange because there is no door closing the bathroom- there was a strange curtain to be used as a door. When showering- the water ran through the side of the door and made the entire floor wet - because the toilet is right next to that I had to use so may towels to absorb the water- they need to fix that as it is very annoying to step out into a puddle of water. The complimentary to go cups in the rooms were a nice add on as I could take the coffee with me when going to work/ but the lids do not fit the cups so that didn’t work. It’s small things that are not checked and I feel like those small things make a big difference. This hotel was just not worth the convenience of the location. They really need to improve their front staff and they need to fix the rooms and upgrade them to a better standard.

Staff was great and very helpful; common areas of the hotel were spectacular; pool was beautiful.
Beds were very uncomfortable; the size of the room was surprisingly large, but not utilized to its full potential (looked undone - no decor ANYWHERE); the door separating the shower/toilet was broken and would not close.
