Disappointing
Our room had a wonderful view of lake Ponchatrain. Waking up from a nap seeing the sail boats was beautiful. The location is great lots of food and gas stations close by.
I needed to check in very early and tried to contact the hotel many times to never get an answer. I had booked a king suit with a pull out sofa and upon arrival I was told they only had two double beds available. My husband is 6'4 and didn't sleep well at all. There isn't any free parking, I had to pay each time I left the property. No option for 12 or 24hr pass. By the end of our one night say I spent $35 on parking alone. Though it said breakfast included it was not. Way over priced for the quality of what was served. . .

The rooms are old not on purpose. They are dingy. The outside looked great but once you leave the lobby its like the motel 6.
The rooms, the hall ways, the bathroom. Everything was below standards.

The rooms all had disgusting blankets, they refused to give us new ones said they had no clean ones to give and we should deal with it, they charged my grandma for breakfast even though I prepaid for it. You guys have false pictures on your website so we were under the impression of getting something that wasn’t there. I will be
